Tatsiana is a founder and CEO at Laava Tech, a company increasing the profitability and sustainability of indoor farming by decreasing energy consumption of the indoor farms by up to 88%.
Under Tatsiana’s leadership, Laava Tech has won several startup competitions and awards, such as University Startup World Cup, She Loves Tech, Polar Bear Pitching, and the EIT Food Program Israel. The World Energy Council has listed Laava Tech as one of the top 100 startups in the energy sector, and Hello Tomorrow has named Laava Tech as a DeepTech Pioneer three years in a row.
Tatsiana herself has been named on the Forbes 30 under 30 (Europe, Industry & Manufacturing) list for 2020, and received The Outstanding Young Persons Award 2019 (Tokyo, Japan). She is a Forbes Technology Council member, and a Country Coordinator for European Institute of Technology (EIT) Women. In addition, she has received the UN and OSCE Scholarship for Peace and Security 2018 (Vienna, Austria).
